They need to improve a policy where if something is damaged, they shouldn't sell it. I bought milk for my daughter that expired early, and they told me I could give it to her, but the baby cried 😭. It's a big problem every time you give it to her, and there are zero refunds.

I loved the service and the activities: walking, pool exercises, dancing, etc.

Horrible experience. A few days ago I called at 5 am and it was 8 am and the order still hadn't left. They kept saying it would be ready soon, this and that. Today I called at 9:17 am and at 12 pm they told me the delivery person had left, but delivered it at 1:20 pm. Terrible service, always with some excuse. I'll never order from there again. Oh, and they didn't send me the invoice the first time.
