I gave it 2 stars because they say they are open 24 hours and that is completely false; I think it's disrespectful to the user and I totally disagree.

Their selection of medications is very comprehensive and the prices are good, but their customer service via WhatsApp has become a disaster lately. You write, they ignore you, and they don't even apologize when you complain. If they don't have enough staff to handle customers via WhatsApp, now is a good time to hire more. Furthermore, they urgently need to improve the training of those handling WhatsApp orders for non-insured patients. Customers deserve better service.

Don't be fooled by appearances; it looks small, but once you go inside you'll see it has everything: medications, a payment center, and a banking sub-agent. Be sure to visit!
