This place might have good reviews, but the staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. One employee followed me as soon as I walked in, stood over my shoulder, and when I asked for space, she flat-out said no, she’d stand right there. She couldn’t answer basic product questions, yet hovered like I was doing something wrong. When I pulled out cash to pay, she rolled her eyes like she assumed I wasn’t going to. I was the only one being followed. I had a question for the pharmacist/checkout clerk, who thought it was appropriate to shout my question across the counter instead of handling it discreetly or just professionally. If you want a place where employees attempt to humiliate customers and treat them like criminals, this is it. If I ever went back out of desperation, hopefully I’d get respectfully knowledgeable staff. The staff’s behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely out of line.
