I used to love this pharmacy, but I've decided not to go back. I have a prescription for some very common vitamins, and I have to order them from Santo Domingo because they hardly ever carry them in Santiago. It's a hassle to order them because I have to go twice. There's an employee on Calle del Sol who treats you very badly; she's very arrogant, as if you're begging. She's a thin woman with gray hair.

They're rude; they have absolutely no idea what customer service is. They treat you like they don't want to sell you anything or like you're asking for a favor. I gave up; I was fed up with the mistreatment.

Those employees have terrible interpersonal skills; the morning employee spoke to me very rudely today, Sunday, January 28, 2024.
