How is it possible that there's only one person in the entire store? Having to handle both quick purchases and medical insurance, it takes forever to be served.

If you look up the word "incompetence" in the dictionary, you'll find pictures of everyone who works there! It takes two hours for them to call you back because they're more interested in gossip, what happened last night, what so-and-so is up to, etc. Then they all gather in the back chatting while other people are trying to get service. They really need to improve their customer service. Unfortunately, it's one of the few pharmacies that accepts my insurance, and I can't afford not to go.

Slow and very poor service. The staff is unprofessional.
