This is a very complete pharmacy, as they not only carry health products like medications and personal care items, but also a BHD León Bank ATM, a drive-thru window, and a payment center for major services (phone, electricity, etc.) and even lottery tickets. Keep in mind that it tends to be quite busy, so service can be a bit slow. Access is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to three steep steps at the entrance.

You can't go to this pharmacy, they laugh in your face. There's a total jerk who's new or only works Mondays and treats customers badly, and a short, dark-haired woman with a messy face is rude. You don't understand manners, much less customer service.

They need to have more control over the staff they hire. They sold me a skin medication instead of another, and it caused burns all over my body. Please be more responsible and hire more professional staff, because people are supposed to trust the pharmacists' interpretation of the instructions. They need to be more careful. This is serious.

Excellent team, excellent service. When you travel to get to that pharmacy to buy your medication because of the service they provide, it's truly special.

Excellent pharmacy, and Altagracia is very helpful and provides all the information you need. For me, it's the best pharmacy in the country, with a wide variety of medications. Top-notch service.
