Very comprehensive for buying medicines

The worst service I've ever experienced. I placed an urgent order because I was alone and couldn't go out to pick it up, and they're only two minutes from my building. An hour later, I had to call again, and there was no answer (supposedly, it had already left a while ago; I repeat, we're two minutes away, 190 meters to be exact). Thirty minutes later, I called several times again, and they still didn't answer. When they finally did, they just told me it had left a while ago but that the delivery driver was busy with other orders. In the end, the order was gone for an hour and 48 minutes, and I'd already resigned myself to the fact that it wasn't going to arrive, and I wasn't going to waste my time on it. It was just a matter of calling another pharmacy after almost two wasted hours. It's outrageous, considering that nobody calls a pharmacy for fun; in one way or another, whoever calls has a health condition and needs medication. And the worst part is that almost every time I pass by the plaza, they're just sitting there. I mean, how long does it really take to deliver an order so close? The worst pharmacy, without a doubt.

They take forever to respond, and after waiting two hours to complete your order, you have to wait at least another two hours for them to arrive. If they have such a large reach, they should HIRE MORE PEOPLE so customers can receive at least decent service.

Undoubtedly, it's in high demand because it's one of the pharmacies that offers the best quality and price, and the discount they apply to customers at checkout is a big plus. We recommend it.
