Terrible WhatsApp and delivery service. I ordered something at 3 pm, without insurance or instructions, literally a hydrating drink, and it arrived at my house at 7 pm even though I was 2 km away.

Terrible service. They send the wrong medication, and then you have to go in person to exchange it because they won't replace it through delivery. They completely forget about orders; you order at 9 a.m., and the delivery arrives at 10 p.m. The worst service in the world.

The worst experience, the staff shows little training in guiding people, they remain silent, they say they serve in two rows with and without insurance, but the truth is they serve you seemingly by faces, I hope not to return to this place
