The service they offer via WhatsApp is terrible. You waste an entire day waiting for a response, and even then, they don't send the medication. I don't know if the problem is with the person in charge of WhatsApp or with internal management, but the service is truly inadequate. It's an affordable pharmacy, and they almost always have the medications in stock, but the customer service via WhatsApp is awful. You need to fix this; you're a respected and beloved pharmacy chain, and you shouldn't have such terrible WhatsApp service.
Very affordable, they rarely don't have what you want, and the 20% discount is great for your wallet. God bless you.
The worst thing about this branch is its location: First of all, the customer service is terrible. The WhatsApp support is the worst because you send your order and they take three hours to reply. If you really want to waste your time buying insurance, I recommend this branch. They always have a mess with the internet and phone service when it comes to processing orders. I visited twice in a row, one day after the other, and the same thing happened every time. I will definitely never go back. Six people supposedly handling orders while customers wait in the store, only to be told in the end that there's no dial tone on the phone or internet... Close that place down.
Most customers park badly, sometimes on the street even though there's parking available, and the pharmacy staff doesn't say anything. This often makes it difficult to stop.
It's a place that generally has any pharmaceutical product available. Given its chain structure, if this branch doesn't have a product, they scan at any of the others until they find it, and if necessary, they pick it up and deliver it to the customer's home. The business has a large staff, but I feel they aren't well distributed or assigned to specific roles because the wait time is sometimes longer than desired or more efficient for customers. They offer an attractive 20% discount on all products. They also accept cash, credit, and debit cards. They also accept most health insurance plans. In short, it's a good place to shop.
