Terrible customer service. The home delivery service is chaotic because the person handling the billing isn't paying attention. On several occasions, they've billed me for a different medication than the one I ordered; luckily, I always double-check before paying. They need to improve their service; you don't mess around with people's health.
The service was awful. I placed an order at night and they didn't send it, nor did they say they wouldn't send it (for someone with asthma who can't wake up without their medication). The next day I ordered it again, telling them I'd placed it at night, and it took hours to send it and they didn't answer my messages, as if the service were free. They should know what the medication is for and what the person's situation was, so they don't come across as ignorant and inhumane. They didn't even respond when I begged them and said it was an emergency.
It's true, those employees provide terrible service. You ask who can help you and they act as if the customer is invisible, besides being rude.
I haven't been able to get in touch, as it doesn't give me the option to call or the phone number.
The personal service is functional.
