I won't say their in-person service is bad, but the delivery time is unbelievable. Unfortunately, you can't order in advance, and it can take up to two or three hours to receive an order. And sometimes, though rare, they don't even send it and forget about it. If someone urgently needs medication, don't order from them, because if that person needs it, they could easily die from the long wait. I hope they improve their delivery time someday; otherwise, I would definitely give them five stars.

I placed an order before 3:00 PM and at 4:30 PM they called to say they didn't have the product and had sent someone else to get it. I waited until 5:30 PM and the order never arrived. They are completely irresponsible, which is why I avoid GBC.

The waiting time to be served is very frustrating; I have often opted to go to another pharmacy, and if it's a home delivery, it's even worse.

Total disappointment. I called to confirm if they had some medications, and they told me they did, but when I went (only two hours later), it turned out they didn't have all of them. I urgently needed those medications to send them to my father in the camp. GBC is becoming a mess; the information they provide isn't serious.

Excellent service; the young women are attentive. Purchases made with cash are not covered by insurance.
