The cashiers are friendly, but they seem to be new every day because it takes almost 2 hours for any transaction involving insurance. Only one person charges, and all customers, both insured and uninsured, are processed at the same time.

I always shop at the Italia branch. Today I placed another order via WhatsApp; it took a little while because, as they told me, they serve customers in the order they were served. But then it was super fast. And I ordered at the last minute! So far, they've been very efficient.

The sun and heat streaming through the windows makes it impossible to stay in the pharmacy for long. It's unbearable.
