Please see if you can replace that staff. Some of the women give out information they don't know, wasting people's time. Without checking the information, they just say, "I think this is how it is." Relocate them or give them better training on how to work with people. They made me go to another pharmacy very far away because, according to them, the information I received from the insurance company was wrong, without even checking with the insurance company first.

The worst service I've ever received was at this pharmacy. I waited an hour to be served and still had to leave without my medication.

The worst pharmacy, GBC in Santo Domingo, this one. They have the worst service and claim they don't cover certain medications, but when you go to another GBC they do. Besides being liars, their customer service is terrible.

The girls are very friendly, but the place is very small for the number of people who visit and the air conditioning usually doesn't work well.
