Hello, I want to tell you about my experience at this pharmacy. My dog is epileptic and takes prescription medication, but here in the Dominican Republic, they only give that prescription to people with a Dominican ID. This was our fourth order, but the pharmacy refused to give it to me because I had six days left to place the new order. I explained to the pharmacy that I had a trip and would have to be out of the country for two weeks, which meant my dog would be without medication for six days. I also explained that my dog would be cared for at a hotel in the city, so it was necessary to leave him the medication for his epilepsy. I provided them with the information and proof of the flights, but they still refused to give me the second order. That's why I contacted the Ministry of Controlled Drugs here in the Dominican Republic, asking for help obtaining the medication I needed. The Ministry told me to go to the pharmacy early the next morning and ask the pharmacy to contact them so they could approve the medication. The pharmacy manager told me she was in contact with the Ministry of Controlled Drugs, but I think this was just a show because I waited over an hour for a response. I contacted the Ministry of Controlled Drugs again, telling them the pharmacy wouldn't give me the medication and they had me on hold. The ministry ordered me to put my cell phone on speaker so they could speak to the pharmacy manager. They asked her to send a WhatsApp message to the ministry directly so they could approve the delivery of the dog's medication. If you have a pet that needs controlled medications, I think this pharmacy is the least suitable place to help you with this, since this pharmacy put my dog's life at risk due to their lack of knowledge and communication with the Ministry of Controlled Drugs.
The assistance service is slower than a hospital waiting room, my goodness, 30 minutes to attend to one person
He does not have a landline telephone, but a cell phone (you have to dial “1”).
Very good service
Considering it's in the same residential complex, the delivery service can take HOURS. They have many delivery people outside simply being paid to sit and work. The women are always in a bad mood and unwilling to help. The phone is always ringing and no one answers it; it's always broken. Their WhatsApp service is just as bad as in-person service. This is coming from someone sitting here because they messaged them on WhatsApp yesterday and never received a response, and I've been waiting 30 minutes for my order. I've also lived in the same complex for almost four years, and it seems they always hire the same type of people.
