They take too long to respond on WhatsApp. The whole reason I used their delivery service was because I felt too bad to stop in at the store. When I finally get someone to go pick it up for me, mind you, I asked them whether that was possible, they NEVER responded. They called the delivery person to bring back the medication and you know what their excuse was? “A phone number was not entered with this order”. I am absolutely livid. I literally chatted with them on WhatsApp and I’m not a first time client. Horrible experience. Never using this place AGAIN.

The WhatsApp service is terrible, especially with the person named Jean Carlos.

Terrible service. I called and they hung up on me. I insisted and they left the phone off the hook so I wouldn't call again. If they don't want to work, they should give the position to someone else who might be more interested.
