They need to be more organized regarding the insured's shifts; they have a shift control machine but they don't use it.

Today I placed my order at 2:31 p.m. The young woman who helped me (for which reason I won't give her name) told me there was a shift change and that it would take about half an hour. However, it was 4 p.m. and she hadn't shipped my order. This is inconceivable.
