It's awful. The employees only seem to care about uninsured customers, as if those of us with insurance wouldn't pay the same or even more.

Excellent delivery service. They couldn't find my address, but they didn't cancel the order, even though it wasn't a large amount. The customer service representative contacted me, and the delivery driver and I worked together to find a solution. That's what you call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and to top it all off, VERY GOOD PRICES.

What they're doing with deliveries is an abuse. Today is the second time. I'll never ask for 5 or 6 hours for delivery again. And then the delivery arrives up to 7 hours later, it's a mockery. An order placed at 1:00 p.m. is supposedly still on its way at 6:07 p.m.

Too much time is wasted. They have plenty of staff, but it takes forever to fill a prescription with insurance.

They have the medicines and good prices but they are very slow at home.
