Terrible service. I've been several times now, and the employees are incredibly incompetent. I can accept a slightly inappropriate attitude once, but this is the second or third time I've been, and I'm still not happy with the awful and unfriendly service at that GBC pharmacy in Ensanche Isabelita.

The best prices and good service.

Terrible customer service. You request medication via WhatsApp and they respond the next day, sometimes two days later, just a minute before closing time, only to tell you they can't deliver it at that moment because they don't offer delivery service at that hour. When you go in person, there's only one person actually working, and the rest are on text messages. You wait over an hour to be served, and they probably don't even have what you need. You could have gotten information earlier, but it wasn't possible because the other staff won't even let you ask about availability; they're just there for show, and you have to wait your turn with the only functional person on duty that day. According to other comments I've seen here, many of us have had bad experiences at this pharmacy. Of all the GBC pharmacies I've visited, this is the worst. I went there because it's close to my home, but honestly, I won't be ordering from them again, and I'll advise everyone I know against it either because of how awful their service is.

Excellent, except the air conditioning doesn't work.

The service is very fast, and the staff is very attentive.
