Small shop. Good customer service. I found all the medications I needed according to my doctor's instructions.

Don't even try ordering via WhatsApp; they just leave you on read, they don't take your order, and in the end you have to go to the store in person or call another pharmacy. If they can't handle the demand, they should discontinue the service or hire more staff; those women are useless.

For a place in La Esperilla, it should be bigger, but the service and quality of the medications are good. Thank you!

The service at this branch (close to my work) is very different from the one in San Luis (close to my house). If I need to order medication on a weekend, I prefer to wait during the work week to order at Esperilla. They get quick service via WhatsApp, and if they're very busy, at least they let you know they have several orders before you even get one and will get back to you right away. However, the San Luis branch is a real disaster, as they don't answer WhatsApp, and even if they do, it's intermittent, which is frustrating. Aside from the fact that the delivery person supposedly gets lost because he can't use a map properly. I love the Esperilla branch. All stars for them.
