I've never seen a more disorganized and inefficient pharmacy group than this one, especially the La Romana branches. I request my regular medication to buy it through my insurance; I've been getting it from them for four months, and it's always been a nightmare. Now, when I ask for my fifth month's prescription, they tell me they won't fill it because the date on the prescription isn't clear on the WhatsApp message. I tell the pharmacy staff to look for the original prescription in their files since they didn't give me copies, and they say they won't fill the medication because if they do, they'll be charged for it. So, the patient who needs the medication has to pay because of the pharmacy staff's disorganization? But they can keep the prescription and enjoy it.

I've been waiting 4 hours for an order that was supposed to be delivered to the Villa Hermosa branch and still nothing...

Excellent service, fast and reliable home delivery. Plus, the 20% discount applied to medications not covered by insurance is a big help.

Terrible service today, and almost always. I called at 9:05 pm, placed my order, and after 45 minutes they told me they weren't available for delivery. Tell customers you won't be available after 9 pm and don't make people wait 45 minutes. Then they call you back to try and cover up your mistake without knowing about your emergency. Daira Santana was very unprofessional; she left me on read for over 30 minutes. Remember that medication can often prevent any emergency! Horrible customer service.

Excellent service! The staff is well-trained and knowledgeable. They offer additional services and cover any issues that may arise. They also offer a 20% discount. It's excellent!
