I wrote to them at 11 am to place my order and I still haven't received a response. It's 5 pm now, and the funny thing is they're writing to ask if my order arrived, even though I'd already made the transfer. Terrible service. Don't order anything. If you go to the pharmacy, you'll be there for up to an hour, and you'll see the mess and the phones ringing for hours without anyone answering.

The waiting time is a bit long; I understand that you have to wait your turn, but sometimes you see other employees practically doing nothing while others are serving customers.

The problem with you is the terrible customer service. You place an order and it takes five hours for them to send it. Literally, if you're dying, don't order from GBC because you'll die waiting for your medicine.
