Fast and reliable service. Good customer service. Even though the pharmacy is crowded.

The staff who answer WhatsApp messages, aside from their terrible spelling, respond whenever they feel like it, and they don't even know the medications: I asked about my inhaler and they told me that medication doesn't exist, and I had to send them a picture! Another time I asked about my hormone pills and they simply told me that the medication was discontinued, when in reality they just changed the packaging, and I had to call to speak to someone else with knowledge in the field. 🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾 If it were an emergency, I'd die, because even if I hadn't called, they wouldn't have answered, and all because? Because someone with no competence and no knowledge of their area understands (within their vast field of knowledge) that that medication doesn't exist... God. 🤷🏾

The WhatsApp service is terrible. You have to wait hours for your order to arrive, and when it finally does, after you've had to call to complain... the order is incomplete.
