The worst service ever. I arrived in terrible pain and asked for medication and water. They wouldn't give me any. I asked if they would charge me for the water, and the young woman said no. I said, "Could you please give me some water?" (She was literally standing next to the refrigerator.) She told me to ask the young man who had served her, who was four cashiers away. I went to the young man and asked him for some water, and he told her to give the woman some water. She told him to come to her, and he went and sent me to pay. How could anyone have such disrespect for the time of a person in pain who was looking for a service? Horrible experience.

The worst service ever! Yaritza Araujo tells you that your order was supposed to arrive between 8 am and 1 pm, but it never arrives. Terrible service.

They must expedite or prioritize the customers present in the pharmacy.
