The delivery service at this branch is terrible; they take hours to respond, considering that it's medication that the customer usually needs urgently.

They never have the quantity I'm looking for; you always have to go to two or three branches to complete your order...

Very bad service, they take a long time to respond via WhatsApp and I placed an order before 2 pm and it's almost 8 pm and I still haven't received it.
