Good service but limited availability of medications; out of a prescription for 3, they were only able to provide 1.
This is where I get my medications; they always have what I need.
This pharmacy is a complete mess. People are sitting, standing, some with insurance, some without. The security guard keeps order, constantly going in and out. There are six people at the shelves and four in the pharmacy, and I've been waiting for half an hour. The worst part is that there's a queuing system on the wall with numbers, but they don't use it because their bosses won't allow it. Why? Because they like chaos.
Unfortunately, the good prices aren't enough to compensate for the poor service and slow processes. I don't know if it's this specific branch, but at times there are up to seven people at the counter and only one is actually serving customers. The others are doing some kind of paperwork, which slows down the flow of people in the store, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
I called at 7 PM urgently requesting medication, and they promised to deliver it. I spent three hours calling constantly until after 10 PM and had to go to another pharmacy. I told them to let me know if they couldn't deliver it, they said it had already left, and it didn't arrive until three and a half hours later. This is a complete lack of service and consideration. The staff at the Rómulo branch is terrible. I previously filed a complaint through the suggestion box, but they haven't bothered to do anything. Don't buy here. I spend a huge amount of money each month on heart medication, and I plan to buy it elsewhere from now on.
