There are many staff members, I saw about 7 employees, but the place is very small and has more demand during peak hours from 4 to 7 pm. The service is good and meets the need, at least for me.

Terrible service. After waiting in line to buy something, you have to wait in another line to pay. Last time I spent two hours getting insurance and then another line to pay.

Very bad service. My delivery staff is terrible and the orders don't arrive until the next day. You're supposed to order because you can't go yourself.

So far they've done a good job, I can't complain. I place my orders and if they don't have it, they get it from another branch, which is great service for me.

The worst customer service via WhatsApp, don't waste your time writing to them, they don't know how to answer anyone.
