They need to improve their customer service, especially on WhatsApp. They take hours to respond, and you have to message them twice before they even reply. They don't even have the decency to apologize. I'm a mind reader, I ask a question, and they haven't responded, and now they want me to send them the recipe without even answering my question. Wow! I've ordered from many GBC restaurants, but this one shocked me with its terrible service.

It has the best ordering platform, an easy and agile app, but the staff isn't trained to use it. You can spend a whole day ordering digitally, and if it's with insurance, it doesn't work. And when you go to the branch, the employees are slow and inexperienced. I don't know where the problem lies, but it could be the best, and that part just doesn't add up.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I'm giving it one star because Google won't let me give it zero. This business is an absolute disgrace. I waited 9, ALMOST 10 HOURS! for an order that never arrived and never was going to arrive. They are irresponsible, inefficient, and on top of that, rude. I placed the order via WhatsApp at noon with someone named Luisa Lena. At 6 p.m., since NOTHING had arrived, I messaged her again. She told me there had been a problem and that she would send it again. Guess what: IT NEVER ARRIVED. And to top it all off, when I messaged her again, all I got was an automated message saying that the delivery window had closed. ARE THEY PLAYING WITH ME OR WHAT? After making me waste my ENTIRE DAY waiting, they pull that stunt. A disgrace of a business. They don't know how to treat customers, they don't deliver on their promises, and they don't even have the decency to offer an explanation. I hope they close that place down and turn it into something useful, like a pharmacy that actually works. Because as it is now, all they do is waste people's time and treat them badly.
