Loud and hectic. There was no real lines or order, just people pushing their way to the front. Would avoid it unless necessary.

Unfortunately, my experience with this pharmacy isn't very good. I've been waiting almost four hours for something I ordered. If you order from this pharmacy (and anyone who orders from a pharmacy does so because they need medication) and you're willing to wait two to four hours for your order to arrive, you can call. However, if you urgently need medication, I recommend you don't order from here, because the wait is intolerably excessive. No delivery person would carry so many orders that they would take up to four hours to arrive, even on a motorcycle, unless they were walking to deliver them.

Be careful if you pay by card. They told me the machine wasn't working properly and swiped it three times, and it charged me all three times. The problem is getting a refund. I had to go to the pharmacy in person to complain, and on the third visit, they gave me a document to take to the bank so they could handle the claim. And I was a regular customer, spending between three and five thousand pesos each time I went. Not anymore.

Terrible service. They take over an hour to serve insurance customers. They don't respect customers' places in line. And the staff is incredibly arrogant.

Horrible service today. I tried to get my insurance authorizations done via WhatsApp to save time, and when I got to the branch: surprise! The employees didn't authorize anything or do anything at all! What a lack of respect for patients' time. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone.
