The service is terrible, especially at the branch on 12th Street in Ensanche Isabelita. When you place orders via WhatsApp, they take ages to respond; if you order after 6:00 pm, they reply at 9:00 pm and then tell you there's no delivery (this happens frequently). Furthermore, all the registers are closed before 10:00 pm. Last week, it was four minutes to 10:00 pm and the registers were already closed. IN REALITY, THAT STAFF IS VERY NEGLIGENT.

It's a bit small for the public area; they should take note of that.

The staff at this pharmacy is always very friendly and attentive, and they're also discreet depending on the product you buy. When ordering home delivery, they're the fastest; they arrive in less than an hour. They usually have all the products I need, but it's always a good idea to call or text them on WhatsApp to confirm before stopping by.

Terrible service from employee Maribel. I've been to this branch twice in about three months and have had the misfortune of getting the same person in the health insurance area. She apparently doesn't know the authorization procedures, doesn't know where the medications are located, and from what I can see, she doesn't know any of the processes well. I've spent almost an hour or more on both occasions and I've been served by the same employee. She told me the medications weren't covered because I was following the procedures incorrectly. Please assign staff who know how to handle all the processes in the insurance area so that customers don't waste so much time. Thank you.
