I'm a regular customer of the pharmacy and buy my medications there every month. On this occasion, I went to branch 2 on Pedro Francisco Bonó and the service for sales without insurance left much to be desired. There was only one person working, and after a long wait, I ended up leaving without buying anything.

At that branch, there's no staff to assist uninsured customers. I was there for 30 minutes, and they served 10 insured customers and only 1 uninsured one. I preferred to go to another branch 15 minutes away rather than stay there. Terrible service for customers who come to shop without insurance.
