Excellent customer service. Good prices, love this place!!!!thanks
Ok
I want to know if the word of the customers doesn't matter. Those girls on the night shift are very arrogant and think you're asking them for things. The lady with the glasses needs to see if she treats customers better because I wasn't asking her for anything; I have my money for that. You treated me very badly.
The branch on Salvador Estrella Sadhalá Avenue in Santiago de los Caballeros is shameful. On Wednesday, I was mistreated by one of the employees. I went to buy medication, and they treated me as if I were asking them for a favor. They have absolutely no empathy for others, and they are incredibly rude. It's a shame and an embarrassment that, even though they have good prices, the people who work there are completely insensitive. That's why I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The girl on the night shift was particularly unpleasant; she told me they closed at six in the morning, as if I were stupid, when in reality they close at ten at night. It's not right to play with other people's health. I needed my medication, and they had it, but they refused to sell it to me simply because I had forgotten the prescription. I've been dependent on oxygen for some time, and I needed it that night, but they treated me like garbage. They should review their staff and teach them to be kinder and to put themselves in other people's shoes.
The prices are very good, however, the staff there have been working with a broken air conditioner for three weeks. This affects customers, the employees (who can't work efficiently), and the medications suffer from the high temperature. The young man who helped me was very kind, but his current working conditions are deplorable. I hope they see this review and fix the air conditioning problem.
