They always offer excellent service and are very friendly; the staff is attentive and helps you quickly find what you need. The only thing I've noticed is that the store is getting a bit small for the high demand. With the proximity of Clínica Hemma, it's very likely that demand will continue to increase, so expanding the space would be a great improvement for customer comfort. Even so, it's a very reliable and highly recommended pharmacy in the area. ⭐👍

Terrible service! I've been waiting since 10:50 AM for a product that was supposed to be delivered at 3 PM. They texted me at 7:18 PM saying they had the medication and would send it, and now it's 9 PM. Because I texted back saying I didn't want it anymore, thank you very much, they apologized for the inconvenience, saying the courier hadn't been able to get it. After they told me they had it, they stopped answering my messages and calls! Very rude and shows a complete lack of respect for the customer.

I placed an order at 11 am and at 4 pm they wrote to me saying it would be delivered at 6 pm. The home delivery service doesn't work.
