Delivery orders take between 2 and 3 hours to get medication to your home. It's very difficult because if you don't insist, they might not even deliver anything.
That branch seems poorly managed; you can see it as soon as you walk in. They take forever to serve you, leave you talking to yourself, delegate tasks to another colleague who's busy, and so on. I've only been there a few times, and I've always gotten the same impression of disorganization. How is it possible that uninsured patients take so much longer to be seen than those who have to go through the billing process with insurance?
The worst service. I placed an order at 10 am and it wasn't delivered until 4 pm because they put the address down wrong. To make matters worse, they sent an incomplete order, and when I tried to complete it at 9 pm, they put the address down again, wasting time for both the delivery person and the customer who needed the medication.
Lack of empathy. Very poor work environment and poor staff management.
Terrible service. I had a bad experience with Mr. Frankly Bonilla. I don't know if this pharmacy lacks supervision or if someone is responsible for processing WhatsApp orders, given the appalling service they offer customers who urgently need medication. They simply ignore messages, respond to them after two hours, and don't fulfill their requests based on their specific needs. I'll include some screenshots here to show you the poor service this pharmacy provides. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone in need of medication.
