Excellent location, customer service, and parking

As a customer of GBC pharmacy, I have never felt so humiliated and mistreated as I did today. The woman who handles prescriptions for controlled medications shouldn't even be called a professional. She took my prescription and, without saying a word, called me aside in front of everyone to tell me that supposedly my prescription was fake, that the handwriting in some parts of it didn't match the doctor's, even though the prescription was filled out correctly, had the proper stamps, and all the required information. In the end, I went to another branch, and they did give me the medication. As a long-time customer of this pharmacy, it's shameful and embarrassing that this woman carries the name of your brand.

Terrible service, both on the phone and via WhatsApp. They made me waste almost three hours waiting for a prescription. First, they tried to confirm which branch I was at. When they told me they already had it, they processed my insurance and told me they would send it to my home. Then they told me no, that the prescription already belonged to another customer. After three hours of wasted time, they told me to find another pharmacy, where the prescription was in short supply.

Excellent service. Besides their very attractive 20% discount on all medications, which many pharmacies have already adopted, they also offer a great deal.
