The worst customer service ever. Those women who work there seem like they didn't study. Besides, when you swipe your insurance, they say it doesn't cover the medication, but when you go to another pharmacy, it does. They're losing a lot of customers because of that attitude.
Everything was terrible. I always buy this medication at Olim pharmacy with insurance, and I went to your store because it's nearby, but they told me the insurance doesn't cover it. It's highway robbery. And the saleswomen are awful; they eat right in front of customers and don't give them the attention they deserve.
A very bad experience when I opened my box of thyroid pills at home and found a strip of ten pills was missing. I went to complain and a saleswoman implied that I had distracted her. I do not recommend them.
I'm editing my review. I went there several times a few days ago and received the worst customer service of my life. Even public institutions don't treat you like this: - You ask the staff a question and they never know the answer. - They stop helping you to chat amongst themselves and make jokes. - The cashier is constantly texting and reluctantly serves you when you go to pay. - When you ask for a product, they never have it (I think it's because they don't look). In short, a total disaster. The owner of that place should really take a look at the staff.
Very bad service, when you go to buy medicine with insurance you have to wait about an hour and then they tell you that the insurance doesn't cover it, but when I go to another pharmacy it does cover it.
