They have no vocation for customer service; they leave you waiting for up to 40 or 60 minutes to sell you insurance as if you were begging. Mind you, it's not that they're rushing through appointments, but they also don't attend to those who arrive last for medication.
The worst customer service. I don't recommend buying from them with health insurance; they always give me a terrible experience regarding doctors' handwriting. We all know how doctors write. I've never had this problem at other pharmacies. But they have to make life impossible for you. The last thing I said was, "Do you have to write in block letters to accept insurance?" Because they always make it difficult for you. I won't buy anything from them, not even an aspirin. Neither will my family.
I don't know if it's just me, but it mostly happens with the branch at the entrance to La Piña, specifically. I went to buy something and they made me wait 45 minutes after they even checked it in. They don't treat customers badly, but the checkout time is quite long.
I like it when he gives me the discount, not when I have to ask for it.
