Terrible service. Without a doubt, the worst pharmacy in Santiago. They never have the medications available and always give the same excuse: "We'll send it to you later." On Thursday, January 22nd, I went to pick up a prescription without insurance, and as usual, they had nothing in stock. They promised to send it to me. Today is Saturday, January 31st, and I'm still waiting for the medication. The worst part is that they play with your time and your health. When you call, they pretend to be friendly, but nobody solves anything. They transfer you from one person to another, and nobody takes responsibility. Zero organization, zero commitment, and terrible customer service. I absolutely do not recommend them.

Terrible service, I won't be back... their staff's attitude was awful.
