⛔️I bought Glister toothpaste here for RD$550. The owner told me the lab had raised the price (first, it's not a lab, it's an AMWAY product that I've even sold in the past; second, the price didn't go up because when I got home, my wife had also bought it at another place for the same price, RD$400). I returned 12 hours later to return it. The owner's sister asked me why I had crumpled the box (I told her it was exactly as they gave it to me, and it wasn't crumpled because I put it in the car and didn't even take it out, but that attitude was just a sign of discomfort and a desire to avoid returning it). She told me I had to speak to the owner. When I returned later, he told me I only had two options for a refund: store credit (something Chinese businesses in Europe often use to avoid giving refunds—very stingy...) or canceling the transaction. I told him the transaction couldn't be canceled because it had already been charged to my card. He then said the only option was store credit, which I refused and left. An owner who doesn't have an electronic refund system in place always has the right to give a cash refund (of course, if they're willing, something this crook clearly doesn't understand). I shopped here UNTIL YESTERDAY when I discovered the exorbitant price increases and the greed and lack of professionalism of these owners. I will NEVER buy anything here again, much less recommend this place. ⛔️
