This is the third time I've ordered medication from this pharmacy and they never respond. The next day they reply with a "good morning" and then never log on again, leaving messages on read. They used to be nice, but the girl or guy who answers messages on WhatsApp has absolutely no customer service skills.

Excellent service, they are very kind and helpful. I love this pharmacy; I've been using the Jacobo Majluta branch for several years and I wouldn't switch. Congratulations, they deserve 5 stars in my opinion. Blessings.

The worst service ever. I placed an order at 10:30 AM and it's now 5 PM and it still hasn't arrived. At 12:40 PM they tell me it's already been shipped. I call at 5 PM and the order isn't even showing up in the system.

Excellent service, and delivery at any time within their business hours. The staff is always willing to help. Good selection of products.
