The customer service via WhatsApp is terrible. I asked about the price and if they had a discount, and the person answering the WhatsApp message told me, "It costs this much, what more price do you want?" or "What more discount do you want?" They literally don't explain the product information properly. I filed a complaint, and all they told me was, "Go buy it somewhere else, thanks."

I give this rating due to the lack of responsibility, since almost every time someone buys at this pharmacy they give them generic medication and bill them for the one they ordered. You check the invoice and it is the correct medication that is billed, but the one they give you is a generic and without your consent, since at no time do they explain to you that they are selling you a similar one, not the one you came to buy.

Poor customer service, they don't open at the scheduled time (7:00 am)
