3 hours to attend, 3 hours to get paid, and there's no order.

Very bad service, I don't recommend it. Deliveries take up to 5 hours to arrive, even though this pharmacy is only 10 minutes from my house. The staff needs to be reassigned.

In my case, they made excuses not to deliver a medication covered by health insurance. I contacted another GBC branch, which delivered the medication without any problems. This branch has terrible customer service, and if they don't want to or can't send a delivery, they make excuses like that to avoid serving customers.

Terrible, the delivery comes whenever it feels like it. You order medicine at 7 and it arrives at 11.

The worst GBC ever. The employees make a mess of things and make the customer look like a liar.
