Great customer service (in-store and on the phone), credit cards accepted, good product's quality.

Since they moved from the Multiplaza to this location, it's not the same. They're short on products, and the service is pretty terrible. In fact, there's a guy there who has absolutely no manners when dealing with people.

The company has zero empathy for the customer.
