My experience with Farmaconal Santiago was very disappointing. I placed an order for medical supplies that I urgently needed for a treatment. They confirmed that the order was ready and that it would be shipped by courier. However, time passed and it never arrived. When I called near closing time to find out what had happened, I was told that they couldn't ship it because they had too many orders and the courier couldn't keep up. What's most concerning is not just the delay, but the lack of responsibility and communication. We're talking about medical supplies that a patient needs for their health, not just any ordinary product. To make a sick person trust that they will receive something necessary for their treatment and then fail to deliver without prior notice is disrespectful and shows a great lack of consideration for the customer. Customer service needs to be more humane and responsible, especially when it comes to health. A very bad experience.
