The vehicle was left dirty in certain areas, and I paid RD$2,500 for a car wash service that included an engine wash. The engine was clean and free of dirt, but the car washer wasn't careful enough and broke the coolant reservoir cap on my vehicle. I wrote to them on WhatsApp explaining the situation, not seeking compensation, but simply to warn them to be more careful in the future. The responses were inappropriate for a customer who paid for a service. They were sarcastic, implying that I, as a customer, am stupid and unprofessional. If you had been considerate and had the integrity to find out about the problem, I would have explained that the coolant reservoir was empty when I got home from the car wash, and I didn't realize it was broken until the next day. I had my car washed with you on Sunday, December 28, 2025, and contacted you on December 29, 2025, simply to explain what had happened. Unfortunately, you don't have customer service. I've attached a photo of what I had to do to get home. Finally, I mentioned that the engine was clean, but the exterior of my vehicle wasn't washed properly; the rims and part of the tailgate were dirty. Your service was a 3 out of 10.

I've been to this car wash three times, and each time they've quoted me a different price. The last time, they wanted to charge me 700 pesos for a basic wash. I waited for about an hour, and when it was finally my turn, since I refused to hand over my keys (which I never do anywhere), and I explained that I would sit outside in case the car locked itself, though that wasn't going to happen, the owner got angry, spoke rudely to me, and refused to continue the service, saying they couldn't wash the car. Because of this, I had no choice but to leave. The service was unprofessional, and the waiting area is very small and uncomfortable for the price they charge. Finally, I went to another car wash nearby with better facilities, paid 550 pesos, and the service was excellent. I'm never going back. I recommend the same.

The service is a bit slow and the wash packages aren't very varied for the prices they suggest, but a regular quick wash gets the job done. You can drop off your vehicle there while you run other errands in the plaza.

The worst car wash I've ever been to in the area. They charge a lot and the cleaning is terrible; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My experience was extremely satisfying due to the excellent service, friendliness, and attention I received as a customer. The quality of the interior work, even with the seats removed, was outstanding. The vehicle was left exceptionally clean, smelling wonderful, and shiny. And they also have very reasonable prices!
