Faunatika does an amazing job with my sensitive (timid) rescue pup. He's always well taken care of and groomed very handsomely. Once when he was unwell, their emergency vet texted with me throughout the night to make recommendations and they helped him recover completely. The shop inside is also well stocked! Love this vet 💜

Shop opened a half hour late with us and staff waiting outside. The grooming job was not very good. Groomer is poorly equipped and the hair cut left a lot to be desired. I do not recommend.

Very affordable, great communication, and flexible. I brought my cat here when he was sick. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend!

I've visited faunatika clinic for my dogs allergies. At first all was fine, service was great on the spot but I did come out with a bill of over 16 300 pesos (300 USD). I waited over 10 days for results of bacterial tests that I never received but paid for (1900 pesos), they were supposed to be in 8n 4 days. I kept messaging the vet to get additional information that she said she would provide, on the five messages red none where ever answered. Therefore I went to another clinic to get the balance of medication I needed to complete my dogs treatment and to my surprise, paid 400 pesos less. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service especially at the price that we pay. I do not recommend at all.

I'm too torn to write this review. My original experience with them was great. I felt they went above and beyond to take care of my pup. However, I'm not sure if it is due to the limitations in this country or their clinic. And at the end, nothing was done. After a couple of weeks of giving her injections for fevers, we took her in to get euthanized this afternoon because she was suffering way too much and the dying process was too much for her and for us to watch her go through. We wanted her to stop suffering and above all things we wanted her to go peacefully. Not an easy decision but one we were ready for. I was assured that she would be sedated and then euthanized. This was not the case. The Dr went straight to euthanize her. I even asked, you will sedate her first, right? What followed was the most horrendous death I had ever witnessed. My beautiful daughter did not go peacefully because she was NEVER sedated!!!!! Muscle relaxers do not cause what we saw my pup experience!! It was a very traumatizing passing for her and for us to witness. I'm glad I asked my two children to wait in the waiting room! The point of it all was for my pup not to suffer and to die in peace. There was no peace in her eyes!!!! I regret this decision and will till the day I die! If you are at a juncture where you have to have your pet euthanized, DO NOT use these folks!!! All the great work and care they had provided went out the window this afternoon. Yes, i'm hurting for the loss of my beloved pet, but I hate the way she went in this Dr's hands. I might as well have left her at home to die with dignity.
