----To the OWNER of this company, LEA, or anyone else who wants to buy here, I recommend you go to the Ferretider hardware store on Charles Street. They have everything, and more importantly, they treat customers with professionalism and respect. Check the security camera footage from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM on February 11, 2023 (Dominican Republic time) and see which employee scared off another customer. I don't usually leave reviews anymore, but I understand this warrants it. Today I went to buy 4-14 wire, and I didn't say 14-14-4. I read 36-4-14, and then the tall, somewhat indigenous young man said 14, and I said yes because we were talking about 4-14 wire, but I had read 36 feet. To the owner again: I requested a refund and was told it wasn't possible. I had the product in hand and the receipt, so what was the receipt for? Because of the poor treatment, I decided to leave the cable with them so they could squeeze more money out of me. Since they cared so much, I gave the company 530 pesos, but they lost a customer, even though they kept the cable I gave them. The owner needs to explain to the employees that they can't mistreat customers and that without customers, the company is nothing. I will never set foot in this store again.
