Always with new merchandise and good customer service

Well, they don't even keep to their opening hours. I've been waiting 20 minutes at the door even though Google says they're open, and they made us leave because they're doing inventory during opening hours. I've been buying here for over four years, and everything was fine until something went wrong. The service is good, but the management is terrible; they lack human touch. I bought a pump switch that failed after two weeks, and they won't take responsibility. My recommendation is that if you need something fixed quickly, it's a good place, but for something long-lasting, there are better options like Cometa or other stores. I hope this review helps improve the only hardware store in the Colonial Zone.

They treat you well and quickly

I was alone in the store and nobody helped me... and the funny thing is that they had what I needed... I left with nothing.

I went 3 times to get the same key copied and it never worked.
