Honestly, the service is terrible. Their staff is very rude and they don't handle materials with any care. They should improve their procedures and provide better customer service.

They need to conduct a staff review. Some of them, despite having been with the company for a while, have only learned to mistreat customers and have no understanding of customer service, much less how to guide customers.

It sells cheaper than other hardware stores, but the service is terrible; they make customers wait too long for the materials and don't give immediate answers, forcing the customer to make trips to get what they bought.
