This is an excellent business. They have the best hours, and the employees are very attentive. If they don't have something in stock, they'll make an effort to get it for you. The manager is a sweetheart, very helpful, and provides the best service you could ask for.

They need their staff to be more knowledgeable about their products, more attentive to customers, and to expand their product range. They need to innovate to provide better quality service to each customer, because they are the only hardware store in that area, and they should take advantage of their prime location and the large number of customers who come daily looking for items they don't actually carry. They should always keep in mind that customers look for the most complete stores.
