Horrible appliance quality and worse customer service I've ever experienced! I bought a washer and dryer from this place on 19th April (see receipt) and asked my home-builder install and they both had issues (see videos)! We were able to figure out the problem with the washer but it took us 4hrs to do so but the dryer still starts for 5 seconds and then shuts off!! To add insult to injury, it took 24hrs to get someone from customer service to even answer the phone or respond via WhatsApp (I asked two other people to try to call them too and it still took a full day)!! Now, they say I have to way 48-96hrs for a technician when its almost been a week!! At this point, I just want a refund and for them to come get their appliances. Unbelievable!!

Crazy return policy. Bought a solder iron, drove 2 hours to get home in the campo and tried to use it. It only got warm not hot. Returned it 3 days later and they took the tool to the back of store to test it. 45 minutes later and still waiting, I walked back to find the person that took it from me, and they had a bunch of tools out trying to find WHY it's not working. I repeatedly said "it doesn't matter now why, it just doesn't work and I want to return it". After an hour of waiting I finally got only a store credit. This is the short version but I will not return. They do not stand by the products they sell, it's a buyer beware policy.

Good hardware store. They essentially have everything you may need. They don't always have the best products, but you can find items needed around the house.

The store is smaller compared to others, and the selection is quite limited. I couldn’t find much of what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

I can get almost everything in there. Love it. The only thing weird is they sell utilities for restrooms and the men's room is :(
